Can someone else love it and wear it?
When packing each item, ask yourself if you would buy that top/those pants/shoes or any other item in its current condition, for yourself. If the answer is no, then the odds are we won’t want to either.
Clothes should be clean
Once we have bagged your items they go directly to be reworn and reloved. For this reason we cannot accept any clothing, footwear or accessories with excessive wear/tears/stains/damage. Pop your clothes in the wash before bagging them to remove any non-permanent marks to ensure they get accepted.
Bag shoes seperatly
Place shoes and accessories in a separate bag to the clothing to speed up your quality check process and protect the clothing from any damage from the footwear. Tieing the shoelaces together so they are paired also helps. Giving shoes a quick wipe down before you bag them to remove any non-permanent marks can ensure they get accepted.
Ensure clothes are not inside out
Ensure all clothes are not inside out as this can slow down the quality check process taking more time than you would like.
Check your Pockets!
Check the pockets on jackets/coats/bags have been emptied prior to collection or drop off to ensure you don’t leave any valuables in them.
No School, Work or Sports uniforms
Sorry, we CANNOT accept logo’d or non logo’d School, work or (local) sports uniforms.
No worn socks, underwear or nightwear
Socks, underwear, and nightwear often slip into the bags upon inspection and unfortunately unless these items are new and have not be worn we cannot accept them so please ensure these items are not in your bags.
